Tess works from the real moments in the manager’s calendar: preparing a team meeting with the company’s approved AI tools, setting direction and objectives with AI as a thinking partner, rehearsing the tough question “Is AI going to replace us?” in a voice role play. Built on your AI policy, approved tools and leadership model. Tess never evaluates team members.
