Rise Up by the numbers
No. Forge does not replace your LMS, it complements it. The LMS carries the theory: courses, learning paths, compliance. Forge supports practice in the flow of work, with coaches grounded in your content and each role's context. Forge connects to Rise Up or another LMS and also works without one.
Forge data is hosted in France by Scaleway and is never used to train AI models, neither by Forge nor by its providers. Forge and Rise Up are ISO 27001 certified and Forge is GDPR compliant. Your data and generated content remain your property and are deleted within 90 days of the contract ending.
Forge coaches answer from the sources you choose: your procedures, offers and frameworks. An internal control layer checks each answer for consistency and the coach cites its sources where relevant. When a source is updated, the coach follows. Answer quality therefore depends first on the quality of the connected content.
Forge measures skill mastery in real situations, not completion rates. At the start, you choose the business KPIs to move: conversion rate, compliance, customer satisfaction, time to proficiency. Forge then links coaching activity to those KPIs through your connected tools, such as the CRM. This is the Prove step of the Forge method.
Forge is designed for teams whose performance plays out on the job: sales, store associates, customer service, customer success, managers, new hires and compliance-driven roles. Each coach is built for a specific role and context. Forge is deployed in retail, logistics, manufacturing and energy, for example for daily safety checks on an oil platform.
A first coach can be live within a few weeks. Forge builds it from your existing content, with no new modules to produce. Rollout usually starts with a limited scope and KPIs agreed together, before extending to other teams.
